Hi all!
After mostly just following along quietly for a while, I thought it was time to say hello and introduce myself.
I’m Roland, 37, married, one toddler. I live in a small town near cologne in western Germany.
I like keeping active in my free time. I don’t really have the time these days to hit the gym or go swimming, so I’ve ended up with a fairly serious kettlebell collection and work out at home now.

It just takes a little bit of time of messing around the forum. There are helpful tips and such on the homepage for new members. After a bit, navigating this forum will become second nature. There is a plethora of information, discussions, questions & answers, also feck ton of photos and new information is usually first found here about Iron Heart.
