@Daniel-San thank you for such a quick reply.
Never owned this brand so not totally sure here. By way of calibration I have this data:
I’m a Brannock 10 C
I own the Viberg X IH engineers (black) in size 10 D and they fit well. That is my only engineer boot.
In general, Wesco, Whites and Vibergs, I do fine in size 10 C or 10 D.
I have a Viberg shoe sized 9.5 E which also fits me fine but it is on the 110 last.
Is that useful? -
My first pair of Whites, picked up from the Father’s Day sale. I’ve been pretty much exclusively wearing laceless boots; engineers Ropers, Wellingtons for work over the last several years(7+), my feet are feeling a little fatigued. Nice to have them completely locked in with some laces. Not to mention this Arch-ease
️ wedge is ridiculously comfortable.

@northsouthdenimguy nice pick up and they look great
-
Thanks! I’ve always admired the whites on a wedge and now I can see why people like them so much.!
-
@northsouthdenimguy congratulations, they really do look fantastic!

Daily work boots getting their first good clean and oil since the rainy season.

Took a pic of my 3 pairs of engineers while I was having a tidy up. Wesco, Lofgren and Skoob.
-
@NickD do you have a favorite out of the 3?
-
I’m definitely in the honeymoon phase with the Lofgrens as I’ve only just got them, but they’re the highest quality of the 3, and I like the pattern the best of the 3. The fit will come over time, but it seems pretty good so far, just needs to loosen up a touch on one foot (they’re CXL so should happen).
The Skoobs are great value, and lovely teacore horsebutt. I wish they’d leather lined the vamp instead of fabric though.
The Wescos are my least favourite, mainly as the fit could be better, they’re a little short in the toe box. Aesthetically they’re much better since I got the sole switched from a wedge.

@NickD thanks for the reply. I really like the shape of those skoobs and I’ve always been curious about the Mr Lou’s just never had first hand experience.
