Also, do you find the 142bb to be hot? Some have said the broken twill 14 oz is more breathable. Curious to hear your take as someone who has clearly put the work in to this pair.

Yes, I do find them quite hot. The fabric has a tight weave so it doesn't breathe as well as others. On warm days, I find my 777s-21 more comfortable than these.

These were a challenging break in but they are so good now. About 2 years of wear and a half a dozen washes. Really digging the roping effect happening with the yellow chain stitch hem.
