Introduce Yourself Here
-
Hi guys,
I have been following the forum for some time now.
I finally wanted to introduce myself and maybe become more active on the forum, but I´m a bit introverted, so let's wait and seeI´m Austrian and live in what I would call the denim desert because the next physical shop is the Statement Store in Munich, which is a good 3h drive by car.
I´m looking forward to some restocks like the 18oz CPO, the Johnny Cash western shirt and some UHF´s for the winter season and some stuff that I´m not yet aware of, but where FOMO hits me hard.
I´m a family man, and I´m looking forward to connecting with other people here on the forum.
I also registered for the upcoming Indigoinvitational, so if you´re fancy, you can find me on Instagram and follow me on that journey -> "indigo_alchemist".
Cheers,
Christian -
@sonsw87 greetings from Vancouver also Skye!! Pretty rare to see IH in the wild even though I know for sure people here are buying it!

@Indigo-Alchemist Welcome!
-
@Luijim78 Hi Luigi, nice to meet you! Looks like we are neighbours (Italy - Austria)
-
@seawolf Thanks mate!
-
@Indigo-Alchemist very good mate I would love to visit your beautiful country, I just passed through Vienna as a boy and fell in love 🥰
-
@Luijim78 I live closer to Salzburg so more country side. How about you, where in Italy are you from?
-
@Indigo-Alchemist I live in Macerata, a small city in the Marche (in central Italy). I also live in the green hills 15 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea and 30 kilometers from the Sibillini mountains.

Macerata
I had to Google it. It's a very nice city with lots of great old buildings. I love it. The closest I got to you was Pesaro, which I visited a few years back. I still remember paying a fortune for the Aperol Spritz at the beach, but it also tasted great
-
@Indigo-Alchemist Welcome! Could you tell us about your profile/avatar image? That looks pretty neat..
-
@Indigo-Alchemist yes I did my university studies in Urbino, a town very close to Pesaro, unfortunately the Bar along the coast are very very expensive
-
@mudhogen Welcome! fellow Nashvillian here!
-
@Oaktavia Nice to meet you! Sure, I´m mostly wearing my IH-888s-21od right now, and I was playing with ChatGPT and wanted it to have the Edelweiss and the Austrian Alps in it to connect to where I live, etc. I was also surprised how good it turned out so I thought I will use it here
-
@Indigo-Alchemist oh cool, I was thinking those might be mountains local to you, as well as the flower. Neat!
-
@Oaktavia thanks mate! It’s stunning what that thing is capable already. Can not imagine what it will do in 5 to 10 years from now 🫣

Hi folks. I’m newish here. Been lurking a while.
Over the last 18 months I’ve been on a journey, going from 128kg to 75kg. This meant that in the UK I now have choices with the clothes I can buy rather than just getting anything that’s in a xxl. And I feel nicer wearing them!
I went pretty deep into clothes, getting all nerdy about RRL and SDA, and the ever decreasing size meant I got to try a lot of stuff from loads of brands.
It took me a little while, but I have settled on a weight, and subsequently found IH. The shirts fit me perfectly because at 75kg and 187cm I need those biker sleeves.
So I went on a spree and this is my current collection:
IHSH 330 BLK Raised whipcord
IHSH-208-IND Kersey Western
IHSH 192 UHF The Piglet Western XL
IHSH 33 IND 12oz Denim Western
BS69xSOP420 21oz 777 slim tapered (with IHUK being repaired)
IH-555-XHS 25oz indigo
IH-888s-UHR 21/23oz tag 31 relaxed tapered
SSBS-C4 Good Art Curb A bracelet
RS-M25 Good Art Ring
OGL BeltMy favourites so far are the Kersey and the 25oz 555s. The jeans are hard work but I adore them, the Kersey is a special special shirt, it’s also a fabric named after Kersey, Suffolk which very close to me too, which is nice. Suffolk, UK.
