The old seikos in here inspired me to upload my favorite watch, ever. I picked this up a few years ago when my ancient turtle prove unsalvageble, and haven’t worn any other watch, since. Never had a citizen, before, but it’s been crazy reliable, and who knows how long it’s been kicking’

The monocoque case is crazy comfortable.

I'm thinking about getting a Casio DW-6900U-1. It's one of the coolest G-Shocks, in my opinion. However, I do not really need one, since I have the predecessor of the GW-M5610U-1. Which is arguably the better watch.

Okay, here it is: DW-6900U. Only very little has changed from the '90s version.

This watch shouldn’t be $2k. I wish it wasn’t priced ridiculously.

Excellent. I’ll bet you could get ante bezel for that if you wanted.

Interesting thought @Matt. I haven't worn it for decades. It really needs a happy home.

That’s awesome. I learned about them just before coming back to Baltimore and once I got back I had to have one. I feel very fortunate to have found a gmt.

My GShock has been my work watch for almost ten years now. I may have worn other watches to work, but this one has significantly more wrist time.

Ok, so this watch is GMT and u was very excited to learn how to use the GMT complication. Turns out though that this requires some pretty solid math awareness, which I of course sorely lacking. Is there a GMT for Dummies out there you could point me in the direction of?
