IHJ-125-BLK - Sheepskin Modified Type III Jacket - Black
-
Is this one shorter than the IHJ-49? From the size chart it looks like it's around 3cm shorter but I guess they are about the same, no?
-
Will this be restocked?
-
@Graham That's unfortunate. I love the split steer but it's probably too thick for a California winter.
-
@thread-and-steel it's not that thick tbh I think you'd be alright. It's also super super soft.
-
@seawolf @borosillykid Good to know! I'll keep an eye out for one.

@Alex said in IHJ-125-BLK - Sheepskin Modified Type III Jacket - Black:
@Chaintitch not a bad idea, but I think the leather may have been super limited so I don't know how easy a rerun / new colour would be
@Alex ...Seeing as how both IHUK and SE both still have this product page up: any plans for either?
-
@Chaintitch heres hoping
-
Do you have any idea if this will be restocked?

On second thought, don't make it in brown. I will be powerless not to buy.

As per care instructions:
Sheepskin Suede
-
Sheepskin suede leather is renowned for its exceptional softness, light weight, and natural insulation. Because its supple hide, sheepskin is less abrasion-resistant than cowhide or horsehide, and should be treated with a bit more care.
-
To clean, use a soft, dry brush to remove surface dirt, but do not aggressively scrub. If the leather gets wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature, away from heat sources and in a position where it will not be stretched. Consider using a speciality suede or nubuck cleaner if deeper cleaning is needed.
What type of dry brush do I need? Would a crepe rubber brush work?

Hey @steinfeld, I think looking at the crepe rubber brush, this may be too harsh for cleaning. I would look at a brush with softer bristles.
-
@steinfeld Hi, we use a 100% natural horsehair brush.
The exact model we use, can be found by clicking here.
I hope this helps!
