I'm trying to decide if I want the black split steer too but I probably don't need it I have 8 IH jackets and my gf kinda said I'm cut off for the time being lol. Plus I have two OD jackets already so blacks kinda covered haha. I wish I had a horse hide to check out as I absolutely love a stiff firm jacket.

@Transporter I must have a newer one or something because mine has really nicely finished button holes and the buttons are like butter from brand new.
