@deadendpro No sir! No shortage of amazing tacos around here. My lunch yesterday was no exception. The tortillas were being made to order, and their al pastor was actually on a trompo, unlike most shops that cook it on the grill. If I don't see a trompo, no al pastor for me. I got 3 pollo asado and 1 al pastor. They were all great, but the pollo were the clear winners.

I'm more of a cabeza and al pastor taco kind of guy, usually out of the back of a tienda or carneceria.

I wish I could be there for the launch, but I'm instructing at a local track day, so the motorcycles are calling.
