What’s the story with the stitching? -
@Go-For-Chill the thick white stitching is a bit wonky for sure. They are probably B grades but it’s less noticeable in person and on foot.

Glad I could get in on that last little restock. This olive green is really nice and fortunately as dark as I thought it would be.
-
@Mizmazzle yes, it is 8” regular toe jobmaster. These were a limited stock release wesco did in 2020.

Hello! I’m super curios if anyone in this thread owns a pair of the Wesco X Blubaugh engineer boots with some age, patina pictures how they look worn in..? Any thoughts at all.
I’m looking for a black pair of engineers I can rotate with my brown rough out Derroll boots from Ship John. And I can’t decide on what look I’m after. Regular shiny black horsehide, rough out black or the black waxed steerhide Blubaugh version that I think also looks really cool!
Would be cool just to see some pictures or hear any thoughts at all. Thanks in advance!

Wesco x Ship John “Rough ‘N’ Ready”
This is my first pair of Jobmasters, and these may be my best fitting and most comfortable boots. Loving this last and leather, virtually no break in required out of the box.

Shopping in Osaka came across some Wesco blue engineer boots already with patina and only 400 yen! Sizing could be tricky.

@SKT now we’re talking. Get him a little Harley too
-
@Nik “We typically recommend sizing down from brannock”

@Mizmazzle you put your money in and have to wait at the vending machine for 18 months for them to arrive.
