Admiring the grain of the teacore horsehide from Maryam tannery.

@hgering27 leave it to me to be looking at anything but the subject matter…. Those floor tiles are fantastic!!
Edit: boots ain’t too shabby either
-
@flannel-slut hahah thanks, came with the house, a bit eccentric but its a cool pattern

I’m having trouble passing on engineers that I keep seeing pop up right now. These ship John’s came out so damn good afternoon seeing the images I couldn’t pass them up. I just love anything lug sole Also wearing them with my newly acquired 1955 OD denim
-
@hgering27 amazing pick up, they look fantastic with the 1955s and the hem is perfect!
-
ISP Boss w/buckles by Iron Shop. Looking forward to my first wear on these.

@northsouthdenimguy saw your waywt post and those look super good on too. Nice pickup
-
@northsouthdenimguy great pair. They’re a beast to break in but I love my pair
-
@northsouthdenimguy Really dig these. (Slight regret here not getting a pair, but reason won the day for once).
-
Full disclosure, my internet buddy bought them and sold them to somebody else I knew and then I bought them from him… I missed out when they released by minutes otherwise I would’ve bought this pair to start with to start with lol to start with lol
-
Just bought these on eBay. Can anyone tell if they are horsehide? I know there was a stock pair in horsehide identical to this released by Wesco that released a few years ago
-
I didn’t love these with a wedge sole, they looked a bit too much like posh Ugg boots so I had them changed over to a commando sole and what a transformation! Wesco Boss in roughout.

-
@NickD looks great. did you have wesco resole?
-
No, they were done by a local cobbler - I’m in the UK so sending them back to the US wouldn’t really be viable.
-
Pictures don’t do these justice. After a bit of research I found out they are horween horsehide
-
@mudhogen
What’s the story with the stitching?
-
@Go-For-Chill the thick white stitching is a bit wonky for sure. They are probably B grades but it’s less noticeable in person and on foot.
-
Glad I could get in on that last little restock. This olive green is really nice and fortunately as dark as I thought it would be.
