Whilst I understand that you get frustrated when the things you would like to buy sell out quickly, from our end sitting on 1-2 XS of the things you don't like for over a year is bad business. I think that the latter outweighs the former quite considerably, unfortunately. Empirically, XS is our least popular size and therefore we have to take fewer XS than other sizes, logically. The size of the total commitment we are willing to make to a product dictates how many of every size we buy for ourselves, which is why there are likely to be more XS in a popular UHF than there are in a run of a relatively polarising work vest

@alex totally understand the business side perspective. It’s typical for life at the smaller end of the curve as I’m sure it is also at the larger end of the curve. In reality, I’m thankful that IH does in many cases make available at least one size xs and size 28 for those of us at this bottom end where many of the IH competitors do not. Thanks so much for making this sizing available!

@John-Galt for what its worth, I am currently in the process of updating our model for what sizes to order based on total volume requiement, so potentially your and Luigi's recent acquisitions will sway things more in your favour as I will be updating from 2019-date to 2022-date from this week onwards..

@alex Great to hear. Again, just thankful IH has these small sizes available or I wouldn’t even be part of this great community. For what it’s worth - I do register my interest for the given size of the future releases for those items I intend to purchase. However, I know you can’t totally rely on this since many people may be interested but not make the purchase when available. Thanks for the updated information!

I'm unaware if you've done this design in the signature 21oz denim or even Sashiko, but I'd buy those too!

@John-Galt I know the feeling. On the opposite side. IH does a good job for my size but most others do not. A few times Denimio and okayama denim have had launches of sashiko vests by different brands. Even clicking the email instantly the 1 or 2 size 46-48 are history. An IH sashiko vest would make my day btw. I'd probably take the day off work

@Mizmazzle I was thinking they packed them in with the Western cpo. With my luck they'll drop with the 2-3 other items I want to grab simultaneously..... Btw the vest story in that other thread was legendary.

Just cos they're made from the same fabric, doesnt mean they come out the factory together, I am afraid. As always, literally as soon as we have news worthy of sharing, we will post it here.
