Hi. Just purchased that jacket. I would like the members advice about the size. Do you think I should go one size down ? I will not layering with thick cardigans as I live in a mild climate. Thanks.

That has all the telltale signs of being a size too large. The shoulder seams drape over your shoulders, the sleeves are about an inch too long and the the body length seems an inch or 2 too long.

If you aren't planning on adding bulky underlayers I think you are safe to go a size smaller and have a cleaner/neater fitting jacket.

A better fit will actually provide you with improved warmth and insulation too.

@Sisyfos I have moved your question here and am in agreement in sizing down.

How tight is it in the abdomen? You have one buttoned where it looks like it’s slightly pulling.

That may be your deciding factor if so.

@goosehd was thinking the same in regards to the midsection. @Sisyfos you did say you lived in a warmer area, so maybe sizing down but rocking unbuttoned might be an option?
