@tody unfortunatelly the main performers fri-sat are playing really late after midnight... going to be quite tiring weekend but well worth with all activities during wed-sun. We decided to take another 5 days to recover from all that fun

Well, it finally happened – after 10 years I got to see Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp play! I was really tired, there was almost two hours between doors and music and in the end none of that mattered. A hugely enjoyable evening and I definitely won’t wait another 10 years before seeing them again!

Yeah it’s an aggressive tour and lineups this time. Last year it was just a couple of dates at Hollywood Bowl. The challenge would be picking a leg. All of them are beyond solid lineups.

I went to one a few years ago with Sturgill Simpson and Van Morrison. The line up near me this year isnt great and I’ve seen WN and BD already.

Silly question for all of you pros: when performers are playing a venue multiple days, is it better to attend the first or second night?

If the pricing works out, I would love to attend both nights, but have little hope that it would work out that way.

@goosehd I would think the second as you've had a chance to work out any bugs with the sound,and you didn't have to do any traveling that day,so you're a little bit better rested.

There’s also a saying “never miss a Sunday show” I think based on bands rewarding those persevering despite work in the morning.
