Tattoos

I’m all for shitty tattoos. Those tell a better story than something done by a better artist. That said, they should be small, easily hidden and surrounded by better ones.

The snake cover up is outstanding Stevie. Glad islts over with.

@Matt well said my friend and thank you. That snake was an embarrassing burden for far too long. It was a big deal to me to finallt fix it.

When I can remember, I asked my artists for the stencils from the tattoo. I usually forget but today I remembered. I frame them and hang 'em oh my wall.

Blue bees, purple clouds and multi colored stars today. ️ Next session is in the end of March and will be the final session to complete the dome. Almost there.

@twin thanks so much man I love the hummingbirds too. I put out a few feeders in the spring and summer in our backyard. I see them every day and can hear them buzzing and chirping all around. I watch them fly up into the trees in the forest around our house. It's amazing how far I can see them fly. Sometimes they get very close and the buzzing is quite loud.

@Brock thanks homie guessing 16-17 or so hours with 2ish more to go. I dig your work as well those are cool. My FIL calls me Steve-O as my first name is Steven and my last name starts with an O. I dig the grapes too I like fruit tattoos i want to get more and some veggies somewhere.

Legs have a lot of room more than I thought when I was getting mine done. Legs for daze.

I neglect my legs for some reason. I think I’ll need to focus on them this summer.

@Matt thighs in particular have a ton of room. Like back patch sized pieces. I remember seeing the stencil for one of my big side-of-thigh tattoos and thought holy shit that's big. Goes from knee to hip.

@seawolf yeesh tell me about it man. I have a tattoo hangover today. After my next and final session on my head I'm going to take a break.

@Oaktavia It takes a lot out of you! My last one was about 4 hours of heavy American traditional work, and it was brutal. I can't imagine getting back-to-back tattoos like you're doing. The results are clearly working for you though. Is the snake something relatively recent, or was that there before you started working on your head?

@seawolf 3-4 hours is more than enough for one session for me. I usually do 2-2.5 on my head. The snake was originally started 10 years ago and was subsequently fixed and finished last month.
