Got my BB on this evening , for me my Big Bucks are my special pieces that I dig out when going out somewhere Nice , No doubt I’ll get the Natural when it’s available.

@Jcaz6996 Glad you dig it man. I totally understand the notion of keeping the BBs for special occasions. Especially the olive, that colorway is exquisite. I can't help but wear mine like my denim and see how far I can take it. Mine is only 58 wear days for reference.

for me it would be perfect if the shirt ends just between the belt and top of the back pockets.
Thought about getting it shortened by Simmons B. , but no idea if that’s possible.

Out of curiosity: How thick is the hide? It's not mentioned in the product description/details.

The thickness does vary a bit. So this bullet is super important. If you cant deal with the imperfections, you will send it back:

• There is scarring to the hides, we try to avoid as much as we can, but there may be small imperfections in the hide - if you can't embrace the perfection-is-in-the-imperfections, then this shirt is not for you

How does this wear compared to say a jacket or other IH shirt? Are people wearing it over tshirt or layering over something else? Definitely interested (in natural in particular) but haven’t tried leather shirt before.

@natefreezy I am one of those who snapped up a few years ago after the first production run. I have and have had many other IH shirts and a few jackets. What I can say is that the BigBuck cannot be compared to any other shirt or material from IH, as deerskin has completely different properties than cotton, for example (softness, coziness, weight...). It falls completely differently and wraps around the body in a very unique way. In my opinion, the fit is therefore much more important than with other shirts/fabrics, especially if you are not wearing it as an outer layer. Since I have lost a lot of weight due to a change in diet, my BigBuck has now become too big for me and I have decided to sell it. My other shirts are now much roomier to wear, too, but they are still very comfortable to wear because they are not as heavy as deerskin and therefore do not "sag" as much in certain parts of the body.
