Often called the "cashmere of leather,” deerskin is luxuriously soft, impressively durable, and naturally water-resistant. It also breaks in much faster than heavier horsehide leathers. The pure vegetable tannage lends a world of natural character, with a smoky black tone and an almost copper-hued finish that will continue to evolve with wear.
