Crazy how different they look in the sunlight

@Tago-Mago yes, sunlight really changes our ability to see fades on XHS, especially XHSib. When my faded XHS are hung up in my room at night, they look super dark! Yours are looking so good man, love those fades.

Suggestions on what to do for shrinking these? I ordered a pair hemmed to 33" same as all my other IH jeans not realizing that you more or less need to shrink these at the start, at 33 I have maybe 1 to 1.5 inches of stacking that happens with most shoes so not a whole lot. I think I could get away with .5" shrinkage in the inseam without issue but anything more might get weird. Should I do cold soak and hang dry only for these?
