              We hit our goals today with Izzy running a sub 12 minute 2 km (11:56) and Ginny running a sub 16 minute 3 km (15:59) which makes me extremely happy with both of them. Spent the last week working with them and it paid off. Both of them have realized that training pays off and Ginny is now talking about running with me more often.

              I can’t ask for anything more than that…🙂

                  Trying to recover from the heavyweight bout (#2 vs #3) last night. All day tailgating and the ensuing victory celebration have me a bit worse for wear today.

                                    We gathered our fall harvest this morning. Some beautiful squash, but the pumpkin was the star of the show….
