WAKE UP AND COFFEE

I LOVE coffee and typically do a V60 every day, or the occasional Kalita/Aeropress/Clever Dripper/Chemex etc.
Beans ground fresh with an EK43S. That grinder is total overkill, but it makes me smile, just like Iron Heart XHS.

@JunkPants I was the same - the one I wanted was out of stock for ages. I use a French press in the week as it’s quick and easy when I need to get out the door but when I have more time it’s either my Walküre or the syphon.

After yesterday I just had to brew something nice at home.

My mokka pot was stained black from following the questionable advice of never properly washing it to 'imbue flavour' previously... might be time for a nice new one!

@Mister_Brue Ah yes, quantity is a must! I find myself brewing/double brewing a lot with this. Never tried the V60 - any particular product/approach you would recommend?

On my last holiday in Italy, we had gas stoves and every bungalow had a Bialetti... I fell in love with it there and then... It's pure and simple...
It's a step up from the Nespresso crap at least... Will start grinding my own beans soon btw...
