I'm really sorry guys, I know how frustrating this is for you all, it is for us too, trust me. We do everything we (IHUK) can to avoid this, but sometimes we are let down by tech. Seems to be an issue with the server yet again.
FWIW, we are a month or so away from migrating to a new e-com platform and new servers, prompted largely by these absolute clusterfucks on launch days. I appreciate it does not help anyone today

Sorry the launch was so rough, but I'm glad I got a XXL. I had been planning on a work shirt flannel this year, but this color was too good to pass up.
