@indigostiff Yes, quite a long journey for a belt. You can always count on the US mail and German customs.... Well, I will reply to the email you sent me yesterday eve. I don't think the forum is the best place to handle returns. Also, I offered you some time ago that we would send you a UPS return label at our expense when the belt is returned to you, maybe you can remember that.
Anyway, please try to communicate with me about your return by email as other customers do. Thank you very much. -

Iron Heart Germany BBQ - 30.August
Join us at the Iron Heart Germany store for an end-of-summer barbecue on Friday, August 30th starting at 5pm. We'll provide grilled sausages and beer from the Kehrwieder Brewery.
The party will coincide with the release of the Iron Heart Hamburg T-Shirt #6. Party guests will have first access to this exclusive and limited item.
