The house is listed but homes are sitting right now. All the feedback we’ve received says it’s priced right and is in great shape but keeping it ready for showings is a total pain in the ass.
We’ve been looking for a while so we’ve been zeroed in on what we want. We even had a couple get away from us. As soon as the one we eventually bought showed up we pounced on it and the seller got so excited to see such a fast offer they wanted to wait to see if they got higher offers. We knew they wouldn’t buy it was still frustrating to offer asking and have them say We’ll wait. That lasted about two days
We’re going to sell some stuff and move some stuff. That means another 30 hour drive for me
Well sell one car and KT will drive the dog back inthe other while I drive the U-Haul. The girls will fly back together and stay with their grandfather for a few days -
I remember in your post in Holiday Traditions, your pics of Baltimore, I wondered then if you all had thought of going back. Again, good move.

As always I’ll be doing my best to avoid those locations.
There are a couple spots in Highlandtown where I grew up like the appliance repair shop and the port bar where the Greeks hung out that are within walking distance from the new house.
