IH-666Sod - Devil's Fit Overdyed - Super Slim Tapered

So I just got these in size 36 in the mail, and the thighs are pretty tight on me…since they r tight right out the box, would i be correct saying after a couple months, the thigh area will not get thaat much looser/more comfortable? For reference, I currently wear a size 36 in 301s with plenty of room, so I am really on the fence about trading the 666s in for size 38 just for more thigh room.

I sized up one, 29 –>30 with my 666sod, and still out of the box they were very tight. After a while they stretched one size in the waist, so now they are a perfect slim fit, but still definitely tighter then my pair of 301s (TTS 29), especially in the upper side (from waist to knee).

No offense, but all I see are black jeans, no evolution. Either I'm too old or cellphone cams are not the best equipment available.

Cellphone cameras are not the best tech. I shall take some (hopefully better) pics tonight/tomorrow.
