We were in Michigan for the high school National Trap Tournament this weekend. This hit the spot after an 8 hour drive home. I’ve had M-43 a lot. This variant was new to me.

I brought M-43 and Boss Tweed home. Two of my favorites. I had regular B-43 for the first time at a few restaurants in MI and really liked it. Looked like a filtered version of their hazy? Old Nation is a great OG hazy.

Friend picked up a four pack of these for me in Chicago (brewery is based in Wisconsin).

Absolutely blew me away, one of the best Imperial Stouts I've ever drank. Went down smooth as cream, with none of the harsher flavours I normally associate with barrel-aged beers.
