Have you ever seen Lando in person ? The guy does not have even the remotest weight problem. The guy is tall, lanky and thin. To me, in this pic…he looks the same as ever. Tall, lanky, thin, handsome. NYC seems to be treatin' ya well, LandoCal.

Me: Same old shit. Oakland tee, Sugar Cane Okinawa, Tanner belt,  but something interesting – Danner boots ! Yeah, normally I'm not into boots but these are super comfortable and multi-utilitarian. I can use them for day-to-day walking as well as hard-core Mt. Whitney mountain climbing. I don't think Aldens are so versatile, though they certainly look purdy.

My requirements for boots were : ridiculous comfort, can walk miles and miles and miles in them, not heavy (as in light), super well made, and versatile. Looking good was of secondary importance, though I think Danners also look great. There should probably be a "Danner Boots" thread but damn, if these are good enough for our Afghanistan soldiers, they're certainly good enuf for my lame sorry ass !
