Making pizza dough for this evening and just about made a huge mistake. Recipe calls for 700 grams water and I only put in 300 grams. Took me a bit to figure out why it was so dry at this stage…

That looks pretty darn nice. I'm assuming it was supposed to be 700g water for 1kg of flour?

@pechelman I had to add the extra 400 grams as it just wasn’t going to work otherwise. Yes 1000 grams to 700 grams.
