I'm riding and volunteering as a marshaller for the second time at DGR. Please support if you can. For those that don't know DGR is in support with Movember and raises funds and awareness for mens mental health and prostate cancer.

This year feels very personal to me as one of my very close mates (literally one of the boys), tried to take his own life twice. Thankfully, he is still around and is on a positive growth about his mental health. So, I just want everyone to take a second and check in with one of their mate, maybe someone you were once close but haven't in a while, and ask them if they okay or if they're going alright. A conversation, a catch up, a coffee catch up could mean more than anything..

I am going to be in so much shit when Paula finds out. I was doing something silly and bashed my head (again). Luckily Les our odd-job man who is trained in first aid was with me, so he patched me up....

The thing I was climbing up. The wall I hit with my head is 18" thick, so even my head did little damage to it.....
