@Ross this latest release of western shirts, both short sleeve and long sleeve, for the size xs (and possibly other sizes) has the chest dimension running significantly larger than in the past. The size xs used to come in around 20.0” but is now coming in greater than 20.5” which personally removes it from the market for me. Was this an IH planned move and will be the new sizing of the westerns moving forward or is this just the way it worked out for these releases? I personally am hoping it’s a random occurrence and not the new norm- however, my wallet will be liking it haha.

@John-Galt We have not consciously requested the chest to be larger, just seems to be the case with the latest release of western shirts

There is no reason why we would intentionally change the pattern of any of our cuts. That's how we would piss off the droves of our customer base in one fell swoop (and also increase the number of returns, therefore wasting time dealing with them and thus increasing costs and reducing margins)

Sometimes we get our end-size predictions wrong, and then an item is out of gauge, a shame, but we live with it.

If you are XS or 4XL and we fuck up in the wrong direction, you have nowhere to go, so you feel the pain more than Joe average and we are sorry about that.
