It’s password time for all your IH belongings.. my kids are still in that age where they call there black boots ‘wesco’s like daddy’ but shit seems to get worse. And a picture.. ok.. but discussing with the spouse.. ouch you must feel betrayed 🥹

At a different stage here … our daughter turned 19 yesterday. Here in Canada, it’s a big deal … legal drinking age.

Where did the time go! We are so proud of her, and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We had an unexpected law enforcement visitor at our door this afternoon.
When the weather is decent one of the favorite activities of our 4 year olds is to spend as much time as possible sans clothing in our mostly secluded garden area digging in the dirt and doing various other feral activities.

The fed ex driver who dropped a package off decided this was worthy of calling the police

Thankfully the officer was a parent and well familiar with what kids do but still had to make a visit since a report was filed

Will say I don’t miss childcare all that much
Think it helped that ours was there for a bit during covid times so it lessened the illnesses
School has been just as bad though and now with the no pandemic attitude Australia has adopted it’s been a walking the tight rope situation

@SKT thanks. She had it for a morning - one bout of vomiting and 2 nasty nappies. I cleaned up the puke and 5 days later had diarrhoea for 4 days straight, a fever and a roiling stomach which completely killed my appetite for the whole stretch. But much better now.

@Matt had a dream last night where I was a travelling weight loss coach in the style of a snake oil salesman from a western movie armed with a trunk full of parasites and infectious diseases. And I have a sneaking suspicion it was your comment that planted the seed.
