IHSH-389-IND - 12oz Dobby Cloth CPO Shirt - Indigo
-
Been wearing this shirt all day and it’s just superb. Lots of compliments. Just a total banger.

Not so sure about the fit on this one. Seems like the sleeves are about an inch shorter than the listed measurements as are the shoulders. The forearms feel a little tight too. I may reach out to the crew tomorrow to see if the remaining mediums share the arm dimensions because a large would be too big. I don’t like the idea of exchanging and paying an addl $35 shipping on top of an already expensive shirt. Thoughts are welcome…

I think it looks good. Shoulder breaks where it should and the sleeves are proper length.
-
The sleeve length looks perfect to me honestly falling in just the right spot below the wrist. Everything else, including the arms do look a little snug. How does the body fit? It looks maybe slightly snug too? I thought I read in the other thread the fabric might stretch with wear. If you want it as a shacket it definitely looks too snug.

@Matt said in IHSH-389-IND - 12oz Dobby Cloth CPO Shirt - Indigo: I don’t think it’s going to work. The more I look at the photo the more I think it’s too small. Not to unnecessarily send you back into indecision, but yours on you is how I was hoping mine would look on me--definitely not too snug IMO, particularly if wearing it as a shirt and not shacket is your preference. Mine fits great in the shoulders and sleeve length like yours, but just a little too loose/sloppy in the midsection. Really torn on whether to keep it because the fabric is really stunning to see in person.

lol, welcome; I'm well known for my devil's advocacy.

Mine has arrived and really glad I sized up from my usual XXL to XXXL. It still seems a little shorter than I’m used to but perfect in the shoulders so my usual size would have been a struggle. It is a little bit roomier in the body than my other shirts but fits the bill perfect for an overshirt/light summer jacket.
Fit pics to follow when I’m home from work this evening.

@Matt in my opinion it suits you very well, the fabric is very elastic and drapes easily on the body and is equally easy to stretch and shape... I agree with you and the hems are the last option that I never put into practice, but in this case If so, I wouldn't even consider it, for me it's perfect as it is.
-
@Matt the CPO suits you well! I get the comment on the length and it remembers me on my 293-OD which also ran a bit shorter.. imo it’s not too short but in the end you need to be happy with it dude!

received mine yesterday. just did a short try on.
it’s indeed pretty short, which I really like
And the forearms are tight, but I think it will work with a little wear and a wash . Will definitely soften up and stretch a little.
 awesomeness shirt

Now you all got me worried about the length as well, I knew it was a bit risky to brake my own rule of not going below 30" in length for shirts.. . In Germany until Sunday, and a brown bag with a hopefully long enough XXL waiting back in Denmark.
