Hold em close folks. Give them the table scraps,let them chase the squirrels. They really do leave us before we are ready.

Technically these guys aren’t pets but they watched us have lunch while they napped on the branches a scant 6 or 7 meters away.
They are white-eared titi monkeys (Callicebus donacophilus). First time seeing them in the wild for me. My friend the homeowner will sometimes put fruit out for them: bananas, apples, pineapples. He reports that for them, the sweeter the better.
