Just curious if the item numbers are printed anywhere inside the shirts -- most likely, I would think the laundering tag, yet appears to be absent. If not present, why not on the laundering tag?

                      THANK YOU!

@indigostiff I’ve moved your question to the appropriate thread.

The answer to your first question is that no, they are not printed anywhere inside the shirts.

As to why not, many people have asked the same question and I believe the answer has always been it’s just not…

The solution that some people have taken is to write the shirt number on the shirt tag with a marker themselves.

Edit: Did I get that right @Giles

@indigostiff Here was an answer to a previous discussion concerning your question that was and may still be appropriate:

@mclaincausey said in Iron Heart Products - What do you think we should make?:

I think the model number tag thing has come up before and is more onerous than one might expect relative to generic tags that can be used on any model. Just think of the added cost and complexity of sourcing and applying model-specific tags on top of already handling size-specific tags. Having garment-specific dies for the internal printing is similarly expensive.
Perhaps the easiest way to do it would be ink-stamping a white space area on the internal tags. Then again, each of us is free to do that or Sharpie it on there too.

I figured I’d post here to ask the forum wisdom.

We are headed to Switzerland for the holidays and I’d like to take a couple of my new UHF’s. I figure they’ll be perfect for the holidays and the temperatures.

The question is how do you folks pack your UHFs? I’ve packed regular dress shirts before, folding them pretty much the standard way with sleeves crossed over and folded in half. I’ve never given it much thought because I iron them once I get to where I’m going …

With UHFs I wasn’t sure if there’s a recommended way to pack. I also don’t want the collars to get creased to the point where they are flattened out and don’t bounce back (if that makes sense).

                            Any tips or tricks appreciated.

                            Happy holidays everyone!

We just lay the shirt face down flat. Fold the arms in and then fold the whole thing in half (and half again if we are shipping). Not much you can do to screw them up....

@Brandrea I’ve never done anything special - unless you put a ton of stuff on top of them, I expect you’ll find they’re more resilient/ less prone to creasing than dress shirts. Maybe the answer is not to overthink things and just enjoy the trip 🙂

Thanks fellas I appreciate the response. I really love these shirts and just didn’t want to screw them up lol. It’s hard to pack a shirt into a suitcase full of other stuff without crushing it (to a certain degree).

Of course I’m not stressed about it, just curious if there was a better way of packing them. Sounds like, there isn’t any trick I’m not aware of.

                                  Cheers guys.

Hey leather jacket lovers…I got the Natural Veg Bareback some months back. Been wearing pretty regulars. Def has a fair amount of break in going on. Got some Mustang paste for Christmas. Wondering if I need to wash it with saddle soap or something first before using? Maybe just wipe it down with a damp cloth first?
Thanks in advance for the help.

In the easy chair with my boots on, melted whiskey in my hand. Could'na been asleep for more than three hours...time to go to work again...

Depends if you want to clean it as well as condition it. If you do, then I would saddle soap.

When I joined the forum early ish last year I seem to remember a few members mentioning spending their loyalty points or something similar.. is this something that’s still happening? I’m holding off buying the 888 indigo 21’s for the minute in case I have any sort of discount to look forward to..
