Just learned that on this cover of ‘Creation‘, the mustache belongs to Felix Pappalardi. NY musician and producer of the Youngbloods and Joan Baez.

I typically do the same but in the case of the Austrian Teletubies (schlager) I had left my ear buds at the office so I was flying blind

Has anyone of you tried to use an Bluetooth adapter like this
linked into the LP player your shop provides?
You can avoid the stinky headphones tons of customers have used before.
Plug and play with your own buds…
I love it!

Edit: Nowadays I do also a quick Discogs research to compare price and sound. Shame on me ‍️.

Today's thrift finds

When we bought our house this room was designated as my listening room. However, it was overflow storage for years. I listened amongst boxes, bags, and random dump location for a couple years. We’ve finally managed to get it cleared out and some art on the walls. I’m so stoked. Now time to add some more storage, a better listening chair and get settled in!!

Pioneer PL-570 (refurbished and veneered in rosewood)
Acoustic Research AR 2ax speakers (circa 1965)
SVS Sub (not a vintage component)

This is a licenced French pressing from the late 60‘, and all three are in mint condition .
