Happy TG everyone. Here’s a pro tip…when you live in a place like New Mexico where there’s a larger than average native population, don’t be surprised when you get some stink eye when you tell them to have a nice holiday this time of year.

Turkey turned out incredible. No seasoning whatsoever, cooked upside down for 2.5 hours and flipped right side up for an hour and a half. Juiciest turkey I’ve ever had!!
