After 4 years of spending $8-9 a day on coffee, I finally bought my first (and hopefully endgame setup) on a La Marzzocca Linea Micra and Eureka Atom 65. Pays for itself over 600 days or so. STOKED.

Sweet. I originally had the Df83v2 on order, but found the Atom in Italy for $100 more than the Df, so it was a no brainer. Comes tomorrow.

@goosehd it is! I’ve only tried it in a French press so far and I think I’ll get more intensity from the fruity elements if I run it through my Walküre when I have more time. The blueberry and lychee are definitely there and I’m getting some bitterness to balance it out. I don’t normally go for Ethiopians but first impressions are positive.

One of my favorite roasters of ever and one of my dearest friends heads up sourcing for them. This Ethiopian Gesha is almost on the level of their limited production lines, which are absolutely mind blowing.

Saw this short today and had to try preparing a Coffee Cubano myself

I have to admit I really liked it!! Much different to adding the sugar Post brew (not that I do that often haha). Adding the sugar into the basket adds a really nice caramelized taste.
