Getting back into healthy painting habits. It has been years since I was painting consistently. I think I may finally have passed my painter's block.

Self Portrait WIP. I draw blind contour portraits from life/model observation. From there, I paint in values and skin tones.

Not mine but the mother in law is quite a good artist
Mostly watercolour
One of them is of my nephew holding my son when he was still a prem baby
Frames are not to our complete taste but haven’t bothered changing them
