What are these guys like in the rain? Is this water resistant?

Because the whipcord weave is so dense, they are water resistant, but definitely not waterproof….

@Dmart @endo how did you guys size this? Typical UHF size or down one/two? A few of these somehow ended up in the outlet and someone’s finding it hard to resist. Asking for a friend you know…
The friend wears XXL UHFs and is eyeing an XL.

@weftyarn it really is a great coat. I am between M and L in UHF‘s, mostly M and wear size M in the coat. Fits perfectly!

I have it in XL, as all my IH jackets and most shirts. Go for it, it‘s wonderful.

Damn… This thing is a masterpiece.
It was a great decision to go with the smaller XL - still easily fits over my 14Oz hoodie. Yup, I’m sweating though

The fabric, the lining, the cut… No velcro, just snap buttons. Huge warm hood. Pockets that will hold 2 bottles of mulled wine. Perfection!

More detailed impression and better fit pics when temps drop. Can’t wait for that to happen now..
