I’ll be there. My travel time is about an 8 minute walk.

There are several hotels in the area in addition to the Ruby. Some cheaper and some more expensive. I’d recommend the Motel One Hamburg am Michel for an affordable standard business hotel.

@ARNC The Tortue is between 207 and 330 Euros for a small room the weekend of the party, depending on the night. Obviously those categories are subjective, but those prices seemed in line with the others in the mid range category.
