This not attack at any company that provides the service or sales.
But honestly getting your goods delivered to your door step with out any hassle is one thing.
I have use many shipping companies over time of buying goods and sending.
This one is a strange one. Where the driver takes the piss out of you.
I ordered from Iron Heart, as I loved the brand more than anything as you know
my passion for this brand.My package went out Wednesday, to deliver next day Thursday to my home address
Guess what this driver did the amazing thing decided not delivered the package.

I rang customer service, explained everything.
The delivery company rang back within hour, sorry for the confusion I will get driver delivery today wait till 7pm.
Didn’t come.
Next day 2 loaded on the van
Oh he did it again.
I live on the main road
I got very annoyed went to the depot had it out with manager, said me
to strict orders to the driver will come within the hour by 4pm didn’t comeRang courier service the driver coming by 5.30pm
Didn’t come rang again 7.30pm didn’t come.Saturday morning..
Straight to the depot told them it bullshit
cause by the driver.Gave me 12pm VIP service will get it out to today by another driver.
Bloody marvellous didn’t come back to depot again, they knew how piss off I was.
Found the parcel hand it over to me.
as Lazlo put on the parcel wrong post code. The address was correct printed
To avoid delivery at all costs and ignored boss orders.I said to the manager if I am using your service basically I’m paying your wages.
Don’t take the pissI have put a complaint.

In reading your feedback, I can understand your frustration with not receiving your item on the expected delivery date.
I have addressed your complaint with our Middleton depot and they will now take this up with the driver and the appropriate action will be taken. No further feedback can be provided as this action is internal, in line with our strict policies and procedures, as such, this must remain confidential.
I must stress that we treat our complaints very seriously and we do not condone poor performance. We are proud of our public image, I would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can only improve on the service we provide by providing feedback to our managers for review with our drivers.
