I know some of y’all have both leftys. Od and indigo. Seems the traditional indigo gets a bit more love. Curious how those who have both feel about one over the other?

@Mizmazzle I don't have both versions but I want to say that the indigo version seems to have more exciting, contrast fades...that gets me stoked.

@Oaktavia yea! I think that’s what it kinda boils down to. I know how people characterize the fabrics….as far as softness, crispness, etc. But it seems the indigo has that extra “something” that sets it a part. The fades basically make that obvious haha. It’s what gets us all hot and bothered!!

I'm sure it's been mentioned here previously, but for those who are on the fence about this piece, be forewarned, it is INCREDIBLY stiff and rigid upon delivery. It was incredibly uncomfortable to wear with just a t-shirt, as the material was rough on the inside of my forearms/inside of my elbows. I tossed on a flannel or a hoody and was much more comfortable. As time wore on and a couple of washes later, the jacket became more soft and easier to wear. I still layer for comfort, as it's a bit rigid, even after a ton of wear. For reference, I own multiple IH jackets, and this was the most difficult to "conquer" per se. It may be in your best interest to keep a layer in mind when ordering/sizing.

I own both 19oz OD lefty and the indigo .
OD is pretty soft straight out of the bag compared to the indigo. Only after soaking it the indigo version and wearing it once dry you feel how tough it is, Been wearing mine every day so far this year and I can honestly say while wearing it you don’t notice how beastie it is feels comfortable and moulded to my body within a couple of months.
Best thing about this type lll is the fade potential just looking back through this thread is enough to make anyone want one can’t wait to put a few more months into mine hopefully can go all year with no days missed..

I picked up the 19oz SEXIH OD from another member here. It’s a sick jacket. It’s not a left hand twill, but pretty rigid denim still.
For some reason unknown to me, I am still drawn to this indigo or the lefty OD….which in and of its self is a real decision to be made. Think I’ve made the decision to snag one of these when they drop. But for the life of me can’t decide which one haha.
