From what I can work out, you have 12 votes, to use as much as you want, but can up vote by 2. So you could vote for 6 songs giving them 2 up votes. or any other combination with your votes (but only 2 up votes per song)

SongShift does a good job of shifting playlists from Spotify to other services (in my case ) if you have a free account like me and can't handle the commercials or limited skips through songs you already know.

Side-note: my voting philosophy isn't "best" cover, but most interesting, which means something I may not have heard or a particularly creative reinterpretation. So there are some songs that I absolutely love that will not get an upvote in favor of a song I may like less but find a more interesting submission.
