Hmm..these meassurements are kind of strange. 

I have an IHSW-02 in XL, which has definetly to much room in the body, so I thought I go L here. But Sam has about 20 to 30 kg less weight then me and is a little shorter. Plus the sleeves would be to short I guess.

If it helps I would go for an L (and I'm tempted to do so but I have an IHSW-24 already…).
