@Graham  if you have a minute could you show me the L and the XL over a henley/tee. The L matches pretty well with my IH-2526v in «Compare» but these appear to taper inwards towards the opening.

Yep. Now I need an Ignition vest - solid look @daltmeyer !! It appears much more fitted and slim than the standard IH vests - would you feel this is true??

Thanks Appfaff. Yes I would agree with that assessment and took note of the measurements when ordering and used the compare feature. The fit is just what I had hoped.

I am usually xxx or xx in IH shirts and jackets. I sized this xl.

As I have plenty of vests that are roomy to go over  the heavy oz IH shirts I wanted this to be nice and snug by comparison to my others. I could have maybe even went with a size large but might have difficulty getting it zipped.

I love the double zipper on this to keep the bottom open like I wear all my vests.

I'm XXL in workshirt/type iii, XXXL in western, and XL in vests. This vest is an XL sample I bought in Gosport, when I was there for the 10th. So, I had the luxury of trying before buying…
