Alrighty guys, as my leg with the Max Red comes to a close and @DrBabyHorse is next in line, I figured I’d try to keep this moving for the next couple days it’s in my possession - DBH, hit me up with your address when you get a chance!
In anticipation of the tropical storm rolling through the weekend, we took the kids out for some park fun:
Stopped at the local juice shop for a green drink - they were out of the one I like, and ended up with one that was… let’s say... “less tasty...”
Threw some pork loins on the egg before the storm hit
Not the perfect job, but they were tasty!

Played with bubbles between the down pours
Made some home made peanut butter
Chillin with a cold one

Hey all! I’ve been crazy busy with new classes and moving… the pandemic and the world ending and all of that, but I’m back and plan on getting pictures up more often. (Un)fortunately they probably won’t include me actually wearing the jacket because it’s 90 and humid here every day. That said, I’ll do my best to keep it interesting. Here’s some shots of ole red in the Jersey humidity.

If you guys are waiting on me, it may be a while. I did mention to Reuben, it would be best to move me to the end of the US leg. While "work" is the reason, it goes a bit deeper than that. Beside working 6 days a week, I'm also currently 2 degrees of separation away from COVID. A fellow union worker, who has been on the same site with me, has just finished a 2 week quarantine. His roommate was tested and confirmed. The possibility I've been infected does exist. In addition, two others I work with, on a regular basis, were told to quarantine, as well. One of them tested positive. I don't want to jinx myself, but I may have to quarantine, sometime soon… ::)
Until I know more, proceed without me.

It's been between 85-95 degrees F here lately, I'd like to actually wear this quite a bit. I'm fine with a short pause as we get back to it. I know I had my own Covid scare. Luckily I've tested 4/4 negative, it's wild. So how about this. Let's let @DrBabyhorse keep it through August, if @scooter is up for it in Sept, he can take it, if not, I'll happily do my leg in Sept. It'll be much more exciting because I'm going on vacation next month and will have some actual adventure to show

Let me make clear, I haven't been diagnosed. I've only been in proximity to someone who has been in proximity to someone... While, my employer felt it necessary to keep my coworker away, they allowed me to continue. Three days ago, two others were told to stay away. Odds of me being exposed have increased dramatically. But, work and life goes on. To be a broken record, it's likely just a matter of time...
It's been said, timing is everything. Had the tour gone to schedule, I'd have done my turn in June, and none of this would've even needed to be discussed. Oh, well. It is what it is, I guess.
