The small leg openings facilitate very easy stacks. I mean, they were no effort at all.

We have enough of this fabric to make another 300 somethings.  We may rerun the 555 or the 888….

Since you brought this up, I've never really understood statements like "We'll never run this fabric again" or the one you just made.  Why is it that certain fabrics can't be made or purchased again?  Cost prohibitive?  Or more of a desire to change things up?

@Paul9221 there's always a chance that they will rerun something if the demand supports it. Like the original 25 XHS was originally made for VMC Original. But the demand was so huge that they kept making it. But you also have to take into account the expense of making denim like this. Because it is a pain in the ass for the denim mills to make, with often about 75 percent is unusable waste… there's often no financial incentive for them to make more.

Thanks @Filthy , I figured the answer was money-related but was hoping that it had something to do with the limited amount of magical unicorn hairs left in the world, or something more fantastical 😉

I know it's an impossibility… but a 526L made from this fabric would be amazing.

                  Ohhhhhh that constitutional stitching!

Well, got my iB in today….and I must say my fingers almost broke cuz of the damn button fly! HOLY HELL! Had UHR, 25oz OD...but this was a true torture....but all worth it as they fit beautifully. I am going to wear them for a bit before I do a first soak, just my ways of doing things. Besides the 25oz OD, which I sadly haven't worn in a year.... this is my only other 25oz and I must say, I can already feel that this is going to break in beautifully soft after hard wear.

This is an insane piece of denim, love it.

                    P.S. @joephoto I agree, but the 18oz OD 526 is the best 😛

                        like I said before, I didn't measure them. I don't know.

That being said, .5 inches is the usual with XHS denim.

If you can I'll be eternally grateful… @Matty123 did a good job of documenting the samples on his thread but the more info the better. I have the price of these jeans invested in the shrinkage as I've sized down and most of the measurements will work before and after some shrinkage, the waist however is going to be scary…

I can also say wearing these unwashed, as I stretched to break them in a little, I can tell there is a fair amount of stretch to this denim. If I can find my tape later, I will take measurements later.

Wearing them now.  Legit sweating trying to button them, I always thought the whole sore thumb thing was overstated.  Not the case.

Also as I wear them right now I have The Fear.  I feel like if I soak them I won't be able to put them on, and that they'll never actually be comfortable to sit and let alone walk in.  I know this is BS of course, and every thing that I've had that needed to be broken in felt this way at first.  Still gonna do a warm soak but will be more careful with them and will carve out a good half hour to put them on post-soak.

                                        Presoak measurements:
                                        Waist - 34.5"
                                        Thigh - 13.5"
                                        Opening - 8"
Inseam - 33" (I had them hemmed, because I'm reckless and like to prevent waffling)

I’ve hot washed and dried mine, and they were a little snug to get on,but stretched back out really quickly. I cheated and used a needle nose plier to loosen up the button holes, and they shrunk back, but are now manageable again. I had mine hemmed to 33 also, but haven’t measured.
