I'm wondering if I can fit in a 3x… The chest measurement seems a little snug but everything else seems good. I think a 4x would be entering overshirt/jacket style.

I’d imagine so. Use the compare function to check measurements up against each other though.

I washed mine on the coldest setting,hung it to dry and it shrunk enough to make it hard to close. Thinking about selling it as I’m not wearing it. It’s an XXL.

Uh oh… that means the same thing would happen to me. I never wash my shirts in hot water.

I didn't get much shrinkage from a cold hand wash and hang dry with my.Johnny Cash Too, if I got any at all, so you should be good.

I think I'm going to kick my antiperspirant to the curb. It has a bunch of aluminum in it, which isn't great for you, and, apparently, isn't stopping the sweat, just messing up my shirts.  Maybe I need to reduce the caffeine, too. I barely sweat at the gym, coffee is probably causing it at work.

Drink 1 litre of water everyday do less cardio more heavy weights you sweat more than u think.

Ha!  60fl oz, 0 cardio, 2.5hrs of lifting 3 days a week

It's not that I don't sweat at the gym, it's just that it's expected there.  But still, I don't leave the gym soaked in it, even after 2.5hrs.

But enough of my fluid levels, let's get back to this shirt

I'll hand wash mine this weekend and get back on any noticeable shrinkage.

The aluminum will definitely cause pit stains. I won’t buy deodorant that has it
