Giles and Paula Add a Room Onto the Side of The House

Paula and I are out of the country for a couple of weeks, so we left Les in charge…...

He painted the new dining room (what was the old kitchen), put a mirror up (that P and I found a few weeks ago for nothing) and then to cap it all, he found a fireguard in a skip that may as well have been made-to-measure.....Oh, and the corbels I got off ebay for £49 delivered, they'll do

And he found time to knock up a pelmet and start fitting the architrave and skirting in the new kitchen….

Very pleased Les sent me this pic.  I noticed that he had used the 119mm architrave for the skirting.  It should have been 219mm, he's been slapped via SMS and it is fixed already….
