I think it might be but there's only one way to find out.  Fit is very subjective so only you will know what's best for you at the end of the day but that's just my two cents.

The shoulder measurements on the westerns do seem pretty small in comparison to other shirts with similar measurements, im assuming this is to give them a more trim fit?

So I got an XXL in the red – definitely better across the shoulders/chest.  I have much more mobility.  It's not as slim around my waist but I think it still looks ok.  Sleeves too long or I can pull it off?

That is a better fit and will tolerate a wash. In fact, it'll be perfect after a wash I'd imagine. You'll loose a bit off the sleeves too, if you go up to or above 40C. The UHF's don't taper as much at the waist as other IH westerns.

The fit on the xxl is much better [emoji106] I think the sleeves are fine. A hot wash would definitely take a half inch off the sleeves easily as well as in the chest and length, if that’s what you’re looking for
