Getting packed up in the car to drive for the next 8+ hours depending on traffic. Got the jacket. Got the pies. Here we go!

Made it to my mom’s house in Richmond, VA late last night. This morning we had a really nice breakfast and my brother-in-law stopped by with my nephew and he showed me how to use the nutcracker. Now it’s time for naps before preparing and cooking for Thanksgiving dinner.

My extended family is coming to visit for the weekend. Decided to buy my dog a new bed. As it turns out, Spencer is not a fan of his new bed, and accidentally ate it.

He loves the party jacket, thankfully.
