IHJ-69 - Corduroy Modified Type III Jacket - Black and Khaki

I went with a XXXL,so that I can wear a sweatshirt underneath if I want to,and so that I can also button it if desired. The sleeves are a little long ,but now that I’ve gotten some wear into it they’ve come up a little with the formation of arm creases. Just for reference I’m 5,8 and 175lbs,and need at least 23 inches in the ptp measurement. Hope this helps.

We we went from a blizzard with over a foot of snow 2-3 weeks ago right into summer here. I think i've worn my 69 about 3 times before having to putting it back in the closet for another 4 months

The temps have been summer-like for the past 2 weeks but this week it's supposed to rain and drop back down into the 50s/60s. Think i'll be able to wear a few IH tops one last time before hanging them up for the summer

it's the black. It looks blue to my eyes as well and i've read comments on IG that also suggest it has a blue-ish hue.

Yeah, I saw the blue hue on other pictures, but this example looks to me full om blue.
Not that it's a bad thing, it looks really ace!

I'm not sure why it took on such a blue cast, but the IHJ-69 in Black is definitely not as blue as in the photo. I didn't realize how blue the photo looked until you pointed it out. I uploaded the picture from my iPad so the colors always look over saturated on those.
Anyway, here's a photo I took this morning for comparison. L to R are my: IHXB01 21oz Beatle Busters, the Black IHJ-69 jacket in question, and my IH-526L-V2. As another reference, I left in the 18% gray card I used to ensure a correct white balance. The jacket on my monitor is definitely black, not blue, but could be taken for a deep navy blue in person, I guess.
Here's a photo of James Dean's leather jacket I took at the Indiana State Museum in 2016, posted for no reason other that just showing off!!!
